350 Wisconsin (formerly 350 Madison) mobilizes grassroots power to change hearts and minds, laws and policies, and humanity’s massive systems to make transformational progress toward environmental justice and solving the climate crisis by 2030.

Call for Peace Drum & Dance Company (CFP) is a performance arts company that is dedicated to the promotion, practice and understanding of peace, respect and nonviolence locally, nationally and internationally.

EXPO (EX-incarcerated People Organizing) works to end mass incarceration, eliminate all forms of structural discrimination against formerly incarcerated people, and restore formerly incarcerated people to full participation in the life of our communities.

Family Farm Defenders (FFD) mission is to create a farmer-controlled and consumer-oriented food and fiber system, based upon democratically controlled institutions that empower farmers to speak for and respect themselves in their quest for social and economic justice. To this end, FFD supports agroecology, farm & food worker rights, racial justice, animal welfare, consumer safety & right to know, fair trade – both globally and domestically, as well as food sovereignty.

MOSES is a non-partisan interfaith organization that works to promote social justice with a focus on ending mass incarceration.  MOSES is an affiliate of WISDOM.

Mothers Against Gun Violence mission is to elevate the voices of survivors of gun violence through the arts and advocacy. They are sharing their stories through theatre, radio, publications, television, art exhibits and the bus stop murals.

 

NAACP mission is to achieve equity, political rights, and social inclusion by advancing policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and accelerate the well-being, education, and economic security of Black people and all persons of color.

Veterans For Peace Milwaukee and Madison Chapters’ mission is educating the public, advocating for a dismantling of the war economy, providing services that assist veterans and victims of war, and most significantly, working to end all wars.

Wisconsin People’s Party  is an independent, registered party which takes no corporate money. The assumption of WPP is that once you remove big money from politics, you will get a true democracy. That platform also assumes the basic goodness in all people where policies can then emerge to serve the will of the people.

 

WUUSAN – Wisconsin Unitarian Universalist Action Network mission, grounded in the UU faith, is to build and sustain a collaborative network where all voices are heard, sharing hopes and ambitions, embracing UU values, and working together to bring about the Beloved Community in the state of Wisconsin.

 

The Helfenstein Soup Council is a Green Bay, WI-area group that promotes acts of kindness and service to all. They organize activities that help to build unity for justice in the Green Bay, WI-area.

 

 

Unity Racine is made up of a collection of groups in the Racine Area that work together to promote peace, justice, sustainability, and democracy.

 

 

Wisconsin Voices is currently one of our most powerful and accomplished partners. Though relatively new to the Building Unity Project, they have brought an amazing amount to our shared projects.

 

The Burlington Coalition for Dismantling Racism was founded in 2019 after years of consistent racism in our school district with no action or accountability from faculty, staff, or the school board. A handful of people came together in hopes of dismantling a system that was unsafe for our students of color.
