Building Unity is not a group. We started as a collaborative project of a small number of groups and we will continue to welcome more groups into this project until our shared goal of a huge mass movement for peace, justice, sustainability, and democracy is attained.
We are a project that is shared by a number of groups who work together from time to time. We have worked with many partners since we started this project in 2018. Some of these partners include:
- The Wisconsin Grassroots Network
- Call for Peace Drum and Dance Company
- The NAACP – Both the State Conference and local branches
- MOSES, Esther, and other Wisdom Affiliates
- EXPO
- Family Farm Defenders
- Wisconsin Voices and partners,
- WNPJ
- Voce de La Frontera
- Wisconsin Unitarian Universalist State Action Network,
- Racine Coalition for Peace and Justice
- Unity Racine
- and many others.
Currently, we are working with some of these and other groups to create a Unity Plan for Wisconsin that will help us accelerate the coming together of the movements for Peace, Justice, Sustainability, and Democracy.
